BUDIN DE FRESAS(BUDDHINS OF STRAWBERRIES)

BUDIN DE FRESAS.

• ingredientes: 

1/2 kg. de Harina

 1- taza de fresas picadas bien lavadas

 2-cucharadas de Mantequilla

1-lata de Leche condensada 

1/2 taza de media crema azúcar al gusto procedimiento:

• Se hierve el Agua y poco a poco se le agrega la harina, se licua la leche condensada con la media crema y el azúcar en un en barra un molde con la mantequilla y después se le agrega el agua con la harina.

• Cuando ya esta listo se agrega lo que licuamos y por ultimo se adorna con las fresas y se mete al refrigerador 30 minutos. se sirve frio.

BUDDHINS OF STRAWBERRIES.



• ingredients:
1/2 kg. Of flour
  1- cup chopped strawberries well washed
  2 butter spoons
1-can condensed milk
1/2 cup half cream sugar to taste Procedure:
• Boil the water and gradually add the flour, liquefy the condensed milk with the half cream and sugar in a bar in a mold with the butter and then add the water with the flour.

• When it is ready add what we liquefy and finally it is adorned with the strawberries and it is put to the refrigerator 30 minutes. Is served cold.
