Budín de chocolate
• Ingredientes
• 1 taza y ½ de harina
• 1 cucharadita y ½ de bicarbonato de soda
• 4 cucharadas de cocoa
• 1 taza de azúcar
• 2/3 taza de manteca derretida
• ¾ taza de leche
• 1 cucharada de vinagre
• 2 huevos batidos
• 1 cucharadita de vainilla
3.• Mezclar en un bol la harina, el bicarbonato, la cocoa y el azúcar. Mezclar aparte la manteca derretida, la leche, el vinagre, los huevos batidos y la vainilla.
• Agregar la parte líquida a la mezcla seca. Mezclar hasta unir parejo, sin batir.
• Colocar la preparación en molde de aro o de pan para microondas, apenas en mantecado.
• Llevar al microondas y cocinar en MAXIMO durante 10 a 12 minutos o hasta que la superficie esté suavemente firme.
• Retirar del horno y dejar enfriar dentro del recipiente durante 10 minutos.
• Desmoldar luego y espolvorear con azúcar impalpable, o chorrearlo con salsa de chocolate.
• Tiempo en Microondas: 10 a 12 minutos
• Sugerencia:
• Los moldes de aro resultan ideales para budines o tortas, ya que permiten una mejor cocción.
Chocolate Pudding
• Ingredients
• 1 cup and ½ of flour
• 1 teaspoon and ½ baking soda
• 4 tablespoons of cocoa
• 1 cup of sugar
• 2/3 cup of melted butter
• ¾ cup milk
• 1 tablespoon of vinegar
• 2 eggs beaten
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
3. • Mix flour, baking soda, cocoa and sugar in a bowl. Mix aside the melted butter, milk, vinegar, beaten eggs and vanilla.
• Add the liquid to the dry mix. Mix until smooth, without whipping.
• Place the preparation in a ring or microwave pan mold, just in butter.
• Microwave and cook at MAXIMO for 10 to 12 minutes or until the surface is gently firm.
• Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the container for 10 minutes.
• Remove and then sprinkle with impalpable sugar, or pour it in chocolate sauce.
• Microwave Time: 10 to 12 minutes
• Suggestion:
• Hoop molds are ideal for puddings or cakes, as they allow better cooking.
